There are times in our lives when it’s simply time to move on, but how do we know when it’s right? This
is a common topic in my work as a Life Coach. People are growing, expanding, and becoming more of
themselves so the time to move on and let go of things that no longer serve them comes along regularly.
Often times there is a lot of confusion and/or fear around it so I’ll go into this in an attempt to alleviate

Who doesn’t want clarity??? We all do of course. Everyone would like to be clear on who they are,
where they’re going, what decision is best for them, etc. So, how do we achieve it? That’s what I’m
diving into today…

The largest block in the way of clarity is cloudiness. In life, cloudiness looks like movement and
confusion due to blending multiple things together or perspectives being blurred by emotion and/or

arguments over issues angle. A good example of this are political debates that seem to be ongoing and

When it comes to arguing issues people can be grouped into three general categories.

1. People on one side
2. People in the middle (undecided or open to change)
3. People on the other side

This is a question I get asked often: how do I raise my self-esteem? The simple answer is: do esteem-
able things! Thank you, this blog is done. The rest are knock knock jokes, lol.

I guess I can get into a little more detail. Self-esteem is defined as: confidence in one's own worth or
abilities; self-respect. So if we are trying to have confidence in our worth and respect ourselves, we
should do things that would display these things to ourselves. If you respect someone and value their
worth, you would take their likes and dislikes into consideration and attempt to treat them in a manner
that they enjoy. This is what you need to do for yourself.

Shame is a powerful and low-level vibration. It can incite another dangerous low-level vibration called
depression. I believe Brene’ Brown said it best after her in-depth research saying that guilt is when you
feel you did something wrong and shame is when you feel you ARE something wrong. Guilt is bad
enough…feeling like we’ve done something wrong can be extremely detrimental unless looked at and
dealt with. However, if we feel that there is something wrong with us…that takes it to a completely
different level.

You see, when we feel there is something wrong with us (inherently or developed), that is when hope
diminishes. If we feel there is something wrong with us, that’s basically implying that we’re broken...

Thoughts and prayers are a wonderful way to connect with a power greater than ourselves and to infuse
positive energy into situations. Everything is energy including our thoughts…they’ve even been able to
measure a thought as a unit of energy in quantum physics. There also have been many studies that
have proven thoughts and prayers have a positive impact and improve outcomes. I do have to mention
that these studies have had mixed results since it’s a difficult topic to study. There was also a study
done in 1993 where a group of TM-Sidhas meditating on peace actually decreased crime in Washington
by 23.3%.
